Aaliyah Baker, PhD

Assistant Professor

Dr. Baker holds a MS in Curriculum and Instruction, Urban Teaching and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, Multicultural Education from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Baker's research interests include critical race theory in education, multicultural education, antiracist education, critical pedagogy, social contexts for learning, theoretical foundations, culturally responsive education and social justice education.

Corinne Brion, PhD

Associate Professor

Dr. Brion received her MEd from Southern Oregon University and a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. Dr. Brion teaches courses in advanced applied research, dissertation in practice, intercultural proficiency and leadership, leadership in diverse communities, assessment and instruction for school improvement and instructional leadership.

David A. Dolph, PhD

Associate Professor; Peter Kuntz Sr. Family Chair in Educational Administration

Dr. Dolph received a MEd from Xavier University and an EdS and PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Dr. Dolph serves on several EDA committees, as President of the University of Dayton chapter of Phi Delta Kappa (PDK), as liaison to the Western Ohio Superintendent and Principal Roundtable, as well as publishing two dozen papers on diverse education topics.
